Please dont move here. It is becoming a nasty place to live. The pool is dirty, the dogs run wild, there is dog stuff all over the place. The halls are nasty, they havent cleaned the windows or presure washed in over 6 months. The cans stink, they dont change the lining inside the cans. Its turnining into a hood. Music at all hours of the night, people in the pool yelling past 10:00 on weekdays. --- ----- is just a poor-------- and they make promises they never keep. They even let animals in the pool, how unsanitary is this' Even the lights and the gates are broken.

Take it from me i used to work here.... of course before the brought in that crappy m---gement company "Gables".... Im sorry for those who have to deal with the useless-------- and horrible company. I guess they've lived up to there company motto once again "Taking Care of the way people live" WAY TO GO --- AND GABLES!!!

I agree that property-------- is horrible she has no clue on what she id doing. That ---- and her staff sucks!!! She has poor-------- skills and we all know she don't know what the hell she is doing . This must be her first job as property-------- because she has porved it. Gables needs to get rid of her or the owner needs to get rid of gables. The previous company had staff well put together and they knew how to m---ged this type of business.

WOW... It's unbelievable how angry people are. I live at Aventine and I am thrilled to live here. It's the best place to live in Boynton Beach. LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE IS REALLY MAD THAT THEY WERE NOT HIRED OR PROMOTED BY GABLES. ---, ---------------- You are doing a great job. Thank you for making us feel at home!
