That property ----------------- does not have any m---gement experience she has poor people skills lack of professionalism and she is completely ignorant about the type of businees she is in. Sweety you need to look for a job you can do because as propertty ------- you are not getting it done.Gables needs to get rid of her or the owner needs to get rid of gables. That ------- has no control over her staff nor the residents. Aventine use to a great place to live until gables came along and brought an incompetent staff. Because of this Im glad im moving out. I do not recomend this place don't even think of moving here.

Follow the rules and you will not be angry. Be mad at yourself and not at the m---gement team. THEY ARE AWESOME! Aventine is great. Thank you for making it a great place to live.

Truly they seem to do a fine job as a m---gement staff. Its sad that some people get upset at a person and just find it ok to trash them. Beyond that how often do you truly go into the office, mabye this person didn't have tv and had to hang out in the clubhouse?? I love my apartment the pool is beautiful. I have not has a problem with any of the residents.

---- The Best Property ------- Ever!! Her and her team have done a great job taking over Aventine. Maintenance request have been taken care of within a timely manner. Its really sad that people make our place to live look so bad because of people who are just not happy with anything in their lives. You really wanna know about a bad place to live, go across the street to The Cove. I moved from there and I couldnt have made a better change.

Aventine USED to be an incredible place to live. I agree some of the comments above; the new m---gement ABSOLUTELY is incometent and has ruined this neighborhood. It's now a gated gheto. Thanks Aventine --------.
