Originally moved in when the other management was in place (PERFECTION)!
NOW, GABLES took over (TRAGIC). They are slacking on the maintenace, oblivious to all the wrongs that are going on in the complex, and don't care if you have a complaint. They never have the stairs pressured cleaned (like we use to every week), the gate is always broken (where is the security)' You won't hear from them if you have a concern until WAY LATER (if at all) and have no type of organization in the leasing office. It seems they don't even have any requirements in leasing an apartment there. They just want your money. No credit or background check needed. The price we pay is as if we were living in high quality beautiful safe apartments, but really get a DIRTY, UNSAFE, UNORGANIZED 4 walls. We've had an ant problem for months and they ''sprayed the place'' when we were not home. The A/C was making weird noises and the closet always came off the tracks. But it was ''fixed''. Once my lease is up, IM OUTTA HERE!!
