I have lived here at Aventine for almost four years. I haven't any complaints or problems. The office staff has been professional whenever i have dealt with them. I have had to call on maintenance several times and they always addressed all of my issues professionally and in a timely manner. I am glad that Frank is back as the maintenance super. I love the pool and how the grounds are maintained. Overall I am very happy here and will probably sign another year lease in April.
