Lived here for 2 years, no problems really, the gates work but the people and or their guest are complete idiots because they are allways braking them, running into them trying to piggyback into the development. The landscape it beautiful and I love the canal behind the complex. Parking is an issue at night only, they are tow happy too.
The pool is nice, and the gym is small but not bad, the staff are ok.
A lot of dog owners in here. The apartments are nice. Neighbors are good but slowly the gheto is moving in, very mixed residents tho: ---------, Whites, ------, Haitians, Jamaicans. Younger community, 18-45's. Pretty girls, but are like hermit crabs, always inside their apartments.
I may sound a bit negative but I actually enjoyed living here.
Oh yeah, almost forgot, a bit pricey.
