This place is constantly under new owners. No one in the office is helpful, they are all rude. If a complaint is made, they lie about taking care of it. Nothing is ever resolved. The pool was closed for two months with no concessions given to residents. Every time UPS leaves a package at the office the staff opens the package and says that "they are not responsible for losses or damages." The front gate is NEVER working....Police are here every weekend for something else...THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE..........GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously, whoever wrote this review is angry. Ohh well, I've been living here for a year already and it is not as bad as this person is making it to be. Yes the pool was closed for about a month and every time I went to the office to ask, they were all polite and explained to me the process they were going through in order to get the pool fixed. I haven't seen any police in the property with the exception of the ones that live here. I wonder if this person already moved out cause that would make Aventine a better place to live.

I lived here for like 11months now and I like it. But the 1st person wasn't completely lying. Pool was closed and normally it looks dirty. The gate normally is broken but they tried to fix it right away. I have seen cops here that don't live here. One time was for someone that took the gate from a police chase. And since i lived here there been a car and apartment break in. I wish people would pick up their dog poop and there was more parking. But other from that people are polite and quite.

I do not think the first person was way off at all...since I have lived here the complex has gone downhill and the office staff seem less and less helpful. The gate continues to be an issue, it does not normally function. It is definitely broken more often then it is working. The pool was closed for over a month with no explanation as to why, and no updates as to when it would be back in working order. I have seen many suspicious people wandering around the apartment complex and I have heard of several apartment and vehicle break ins from neighbors. This is not a safe community at all.
