Like the layout the price not so much

I lived here for like 11months now and I like it. Pool was closed for like almost a month to "clean it" but it still looked dirty. The gate normally is broken but they tried to fix it right away. I notice the rain and the dumb people that piggy back break it. I have seen cops here that don't live here. One time was for someone that took the gate from a police chase. And since i lived here there been a car and apartment break in. I wish people would pick up their dog poop and there was more parking. But other from that people are polite and quite.
