if i was to have a choice on moving in here again knowing about this community i would never move here.
first of all they claim its for seniors 55 and over, yet i see more kids here than seniors.
then they raise the rent on a fixed income apartment by $25.00.
the leasing staff here are two thirds of the 3 stooges.they are complete idiots.
i have nothing but problems with the upstairs folks. when you speak to the office staff about it they ask YOU if you spoke to the other party, instead of them doing it and doing their job.
the outside of the building look like a sandlot football field.
very little care is taken to keep the outside of the buildings looking nice.
that includes painting and resodding the grass.
when i see a sign that says, award winning senior community, i want to laugh.
who gave them that award a damn blind deaf and dumb person.
