I've lived here for 10 yrs and only upon new management in 2006 have I seen a rapid decline. Hot tub is not at an acceptable temperature, pool is not heated, most of the washers/dryers do not work, trash is overflowing, management is rude. I have requested that my apt be painted and was told that it needs to be inspected to determine if painting/carpeting is needed (after 10 yrs). Rent has been increased by $50/mo with no visible benefit to residents. Crime rate is high, residents are unsafe. Called a gated community but the gates often are out of order. Residents do not have respect for others and noise level is high.

Things have not changed here, despite the things that Henners has done at taxpayer expense. All of the new appliances are falling apart, the pool is still not heated properly, neither is the hot tub. We did get new carpet, however. Crime rate is still high and we still see no guard despite the fact that we are still advertised as a gated community with a guard at the gate.
