wonder if all the improvements mean that these apartments will be sold as condos. And you can bet that you won't be given advance notice. The residents here now are disgusting, loud, rude, and obviously do not care about their homes.

I like it here. It's "award" not reward. In response to the responders: I certainly hope they sell these. I'll be first in line! I agree that many of the residents here are "rude and obviously do not care about their homes." A recent example is when the trash compactor broke and these idiots just tossed their garbage on the ground! Instead of keeping it home until the machine was fixed. Poor little Rosa (the cleaning lady who works here) had to pick up all that garbage when it was fixed. PS: Dear "anonymous: Go file charges against Rosa if you know she is stealing or else stop writing libelous things about her. I will be suggesting to Rosa that she seek legal assistance regarding your comments. You actually think her job description includes picking up two tons of discarded garbage deliberately placed on the ground outside of the dumpster by ignorant inconsiderate "anonymous" people like YOU?
