I have lived at Boynton Bay for 12 yrs and have recently been informed that I must move out. Apparently I exceed the income limit. I was given 6 wks to relocate, office staff stated that this was adequate time to find another apartment, pack, and move out. I asked what would happen if I was unable to secure another residence, and was told that no assistance would be provide. I would think that management would prefer someone reliable, who has resources to pay the rent and always pays early, but this is not the case.

Rent here is subsidized and income is regulated and this not a management option. You give Boynton Bay ONE STAR for parking? Where on earth have you found any better?
