	Problems with leaky roofs which has lead to mold in the walls. Not a healthy situation. Hot tub is green 50% of the time. Entrance gates in need of constant repair. Passes to indoor recreation area don't always work. Reports ... more

	My apartment was remodeled and the in-door b-ball court is fun. Mgmt did well at keeping the property clean and the gates working!
