i lived at clipper cove apartments since 5/99 till 6/02. i was pleased with the timely maner in which the office and maintenance staff handled and compliants and maintenance request. the landscaping and lakes are beautifully maintaned and the buildings are very well kept. I never really had any issues with the community.
I would highely recommed clipper cove to anyone that is looking for reasonable rent and accomodations.
