Two of my biggest problems at this place were a very unprofessional management staff and very noisy and beligerant neighbors. 90 percent of the tenants who live at this complex are from Haiti and almost all of them are very noisy and have no respect for anyone around them. Most of my neighbors would move in and then have all their friends and family come stay with them too and of course none of them were on the lease. One time I even had a drug dealer living next to me. I know this because I?d find empty plastic baggies in the parking lot. The only good thing I can say is the maintenance crew did a good job on keeping the place running but the ladies in the office were very hateful and rude to me most of the time. It was like it was a waste of their time to talk to me and my problem didn?t matter. I left the property in good condition but for some reason the management thinks I owe them almost $1000 to repair the property. Considering the place was immaculate when I left it doesn?t make a bit of sense.
