i lived at Clipper Cove in 2002 and stayed for a year lease. I paid 835 for a 2/2/ The grounds are very well kept. and it made walking the dog a pleasure. The apartments are airy and in good condition. Spacious.The maintenance is timely. The banyan trees are beautiful. Management is friendly. I have lived in several places in West Palm and I always think of my time there fondly. Please consider it because it is a gem.
