I lived in Clipper Cove for 4 years. It is well kept and any kind of problem was handled by maintenance very quickly. I liked all of my neighbors, although I didn't get to know many of them. People are pretty friendly, though. I would recommend Clipper Cove to singles or couples, but not to families with kids. There is a playground and 2 pools, but unless you're near the playground, it's not like kids can just go out and play. Some of the office staff are nice, some are not. Overall, I have happy thoughts of Clipper Cove. I know that it's nicer and less expensive than many of its peer apartment developments in Boynton.
