Nice area, timely response to maintenance issues, diverse culture

The apartements are in a nice area of Boynton with nice landscaping with very large Banyan Trees. The tenants are racially mixed. They are quick to respond to maintenance problems and have very nice maintenance people. The problem with the apartments is that you don't want to live in building 7 since they refuse to remove a tree that has grown its roots in the plumbing pipes and cause the apartments to flood. They will offer to steam clean the apartment but almost refuse to put new carpet in, even after it has flooded with "excrements". The sprinkler systems also cause a problem since they are not shielded from the sidewalks.
