My husband and I feel the same. We were there 2 1/2 year ago. This guy moved in underneath us and would go out to his car blast his music and talk even louder on his cell phone, this too would happen at 7:00 am EVERY morning. Also, below us, I swear there was a family of 20 living below us.There was a stolen car dumped outside our apt. complex, we told the managment, nothing happened...we moved out and as a joke, we went to see if it was still the parking lot...6 months later, it was still there!
After the hurricanes, we litterally had a tree branch through the bedroom window and the awning through the other window. Leaking celilings with brown spots everywhere! Funny, 5 minutes before FEMA came out to inspect our damages...maintence came and sprayed paint the walls and ceilings...oh yes...even FEMA gave us more money because they felt bad and knew we needed to leave that crap hole! Managment is horrible! Do NOT waste your time and money.

our neighbors were rude the maitience came in the house when we wernt there the kids were running up and down the steps at 3:00 in the morning we had old carpet when we moved in and they never changed it we heard stomping and muic up stairs above us i will never live there again in my life i was so glad to move in to a house from the krap
