My neighbor was on this website and told me what was written..NO I AM NOT AT CYPRESS PARK ANYMORE. To be honest, some of the tenants are fine and then others are a little "strange". Never made it to that mystery pool since I went to visit my kids on the weekend in Northern Florida. It?s inexpensive compared to some other complexes, but it is maintained fairly decent but it can get noisy and you don?t want to start with the noisy people blaring rap music. Some of the residents are quite friendly and seem normal but you can only wonder why they live here. I did meet some oddballs more than three to be honest off the top of my head. Parking is okay, easy to get a space, never talked to too many people here so wouldn?t know if they were conartists, but it is quite possible, nothing would surprise me here. I did hear they have owners in some of the units a while back which was stated by another person on this apartment review so basically they ask you for your name and money, no need to go through leasing if they even do background checks about criminal history, evictions, etc..that is why I am going to say it rates poorly compared to other complexes.
