Leasing doesn't do background checks

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
We lived here for a short time, it's run down looking and they don't do background checks on residents we heard. Boynton Beach is highly competitive in the apartment market so they basically will take anyone who fill an application out; in addition some of the units are owned so owners can lease to anyone. Go somewhere else...
