Condo owners rent out to anyone(It's part rental/part condo-DO US A HUGE FAVOR AND GO ALL RENTAL-5 months of hell we lived

We rented here for about five months a few years ago and found out that some of the apartments were owned by condo owners. We are white, never saw any racism but did notice some of the neighbors didn't seem "with the program". We asked someone why and they said some of the tenants wouldn't be able to lease their own apartments due to evictions, bad credit, criminal history so they went through condo owners. BE CAREFUL, THIS COMPLEX SHOULD GO ALL RENTALS THEN ALL THAT CRAP THAT GAVE US PROBLEMS WILL "ERASE". Leasing didn't seem to give a damn about our problems.
