I cannot beleive half of the comments left on here. I think that the staff is writing some of the remarks. This is why they block themselves. I lives in the Gateway Club for a year, and let me tell you. It was horrible, there was a drug bust of a grow house above my unit. Apparently the guy who had the apartment was month to month for 2 years and never recorded a problem with maintence, I think there should have been some concern as to why this guy was paying $100 more a month than the market value of his unit just to not sign a contract. I on many occasions had to call the staff to schedule and reschedule a maint/service call because they never came. I had to paint 1 of the rooms because it was so disgusting. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

Maybe you should find the Maintenance supervisor at the time, I am sure that he could tell you everything, as this is the person that myself along with at least 10 other people talked with for over an hour while the police removed many plants from the apartments. Look into it, the guy lived in bldg 7 #204. The bust was made by the Florida Highway Patrol, this is because there was an officer from FHP that lived in building 7. I have no reason to lie, everything I say is the truth. I fould out about the bust by looking down the barrel of a 9mm gun with 6 or 7 police officers in the hallway of my building. If this does not answer your questions, please ask for more info from the staff and then look up the person who lived in that apartment in late 2004 early 2005.

I find it interesting that you know how much a so called "drug dealer" is paying in rent... yet you didnt say anything to management, or better yet... the police... if there was actually a problem.... doesnt make sense to me.

Because the management was using the drugs also! When I reported it to management it was like no way, he is a school teacher! Come on school teachers sleep with students, why not sell them drugs also! This place has one down hill and since moving out, I am in a safe place with management that cares and gates that work!

I live in Gateway and this never happened in December of 2007. It may have happened before June of 2006 when I moved in. This person is obviously lying. Half the management staff live here and have kids so I highly doubt they condoned this activity.
