my husband and i have been living here for a year and a half. the people in the office have been nothign but friendly to us, and every maintenance call was fixed that very day! i've neve heard a single neighbor's dog barking. our only complaint is how little parking there is versus how many cars there are. we are moving out of state, or we'd love to continue living here. unfortunately they're converting to condos, so they aren't accepting new leases.
