The staff is nice till you had them your money and move in. Parking is so bad that I had to buy a garage just to have a space to park in. The apartment across the hall from me has some guy beating his girlfriend and my effort to help via the office staff has not seemed to help. The noise coming from that apartment also is so loud it wakes the baby up! Watch out...they no longer seem to run a check on who is moving in and it shows by all the problems this place is starting to have. I pay a ton to stay here and feel unsafe! I wish the apartment would step up to the plate and do something.

The people in the office have no clue what to do! The grounds were pretty well kept except on trash days when other people would leave trash out and the ducks would have a field day. The did try a community watch and that had no impact on the apartments! Police in and out, unsafe! Cars speed over the speed bumps! Flooding when it rains!

People leave dog crap all over the place and don't appear to get fined! OH AND MOLD! They try to paint over it, but you can smell it after you turn the ac off!

I pray that the people in the office get what is coming to them!

I've never had a problem. The only time there was a flooding issue was during Hurricane Wilma. Hello! This is Florida, we get hurricanes. If you lived here in 2005 and 2006 as you stated, it was a different management team. Alot of those problems have been taken care of because of the new management team. Besides, why didn't you call the police about your neighbor. If you haven't lived here in 2 years, then how would you know if the place is going down hill?

---- you JOE!!! I lived her when this person did, and got mold ALSO! same dumb people from 2005-2007! You must be sleeping with them JOE! Enjoy the pot and drugs!!
