The office staff are a joke here... they seem to think the residents are a joke too. There are over 160 work orders backed up and they don't return phone calls. They lie and patronize the residents. They dropped the ball and rented the apartment I reserved to someone else (I reserved it in January it is now May). Now they say there is nothing they can do for me. The management company has allowed this property to go to waste. They have stated that they are trying to "clean house" and are training the staff on how to speak to residents. They need to get rid of ALL of them. It's too little, too late for this resident who has been living here for 4 years, always paid rent on time and has never complained about anything. Don't trust them... YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!
