We are here going on 4 years, and we love it. Our view is amazing (lake), the apartment beautiful, and on the rare occasion we needed something fixed, maintenance came the same day or the next. We love the parties, classes, the pool and tennis. I haven't used the exercise room (which I should, and plan to!), but I always see people in there using it. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to us, but then again, we are friendly/nice to them. And there are times I will call them to give them a compliment about something the community has done (the Christmas party was great), rather than just call to complain, like so many people do. I enjoy my neighbors, walking around the complex meeting new people, and lounging at the pool talking to people. I know that no matter where you live, there will always be someone who moves in who can cause trouble. I haven't had that problem, thank goodness, but I know that sometimes it happens here. From everything I have seen and heard, any problem that comes up is dealt with as fast as possible, so what more can I ask' I've lived in many apartments over the years in Dade, Broward, and now Palm Beach, and all I can say is I am glad I moved here (and no, I don't work for Gateway!).
