I lived in Savannah Lakes for three years. I have decided to move up to Palm Beach Gardens. Savannah Lakes is a a beautful complex in a dying neighborhood. It did me good for the three years I was there.....when they lowered there rent and trash started moving in....I MOVED OUT!!!! The ppl from the trailor park next door come over and abuse the pool. Its not gated so we have ppl who try to outrun the cops hide in here. The walls are thin and u can even hear ur neighbors going PEE. The dog upstairs wouldnt stop barking. I lived in 2 apartments here and both had problems with leaks in the ceilings or walls. For the amount of money I signed on at It's not worth it. I am done with being the minority living in an area where ppl don't have the respect or class I would like to be surrounded by.
