i lived here and i did think the community was nice but everyting went crazy when they started to fire all the good office staff. They fired everyone in the office that i loved to talk to and that really cared about the people. They still haven't gotten a new manager and some of the people from the "corporate" office that i have had to deal with are so rude!! I would say the community is nice and so are the residents (mostly) but do not trust the office anymore.

the parking stinks.. there should be assigned parking.. you have one handicapped spot to a building that is nuts and of course I can never park in the handicapped spot because so B already claimed it.. I have trouble walking also.. this place stinks

I concur; the parking is horrible here and if I knew this prior to recently moving in, I would have never moved in. If you get home late (around 6:00 p.m.) good luck with finding a parking spot. They really need assigned parking around here and just last night as I was driving to the mail box on the West side of the Complex, I saw about 6 Black guys looking like thugs just hanging around in the parking lot (and I am black also, so this is not a race thing, but as we all know - that is how crime starts and hanging around in the parking lot is GHETTO and management needs to handle this quick. If this continues, I am leaving!

I agree about the parking and the low class of people they are moving into the community. Very unnerving to know that they only care about filling the apartments and not about creating "luxury" living.
