I would highly recommend this complex. I have lived here for 3 years and the only issue I had was the owner decided to go condo and then changed his mind after the market tanked. Those issues are now long gone are not the fault of the current management team. I don't know what the issues were with the people who left negative comments, they may be disgruntled former tenants, people who like to cronically complain or people who expect something for nothing. All I can say is the staff is responsive to maintanence requests and the girls in the front office are cooperative and helpful. Courtney and her team do a great job. i have lived in many apartment complexes and this by far the best managed. I highly recommend this complex!
