I have lived here for 3 years. Any problems I have had inside my unit always gets fixed right away. I never have to worry, cause their maintenance staff is always on the ball.

I have had so many problems renting from other rental communities. I will keep those names to myself.

I love living here at the Gateway! Everyone that works there is so helpful and friendly.

I will agree maintenance was GREAT when I lived at the Gateway Club, but the office staff sucked! Also many people who moved in after it tried to go condo and when back to renting really sucked.
