I have lived in many apartment communities. Gateway is one of the best. I don't know why all these people are whining and complaining. I would assume they are either cronic complainers or were people evicted for not following the rules. The only complaint I have is the weekend staff won't remove non-residents from the pool. Other than that everything is great.

I love living at Gateway Club, the people are really cool, especially the office staff, Courtney, Dawn and Jennifer and Barbara. Go Gateway Club. Hip Hip Hooray.

The place is really nice and so is the staff, but there are a few issues here. Parking is horrible here and if I knew this prior to recently moving in, I would have never moved in here. If you get home late (around 6:00 p.m.) good luck with finding a parking spot. They really need assigned parking around here and just last night as I was driving to the mail box on the West side of the Complex, I saw about 6 Black guys looking like thugs just hanging around in the parking lot (and I am black also, so this is not a race thing)and we all know that this is how crime begins and hanging around in the parking lot is GHETTO!! I like to take walks at night and I am sistah and would be scared to walk past people like that. I question the caliber of some of the people that they are allowing to move into this nice place - Management needs to handle this quick!!! If this continues, I am leaving!

Us too!! My husband and I rented and I'm noticing some very shady people walking and driving around. I too wish we could walk around at night but I'm not feeling comfortable. It is a shame but I feel that management is taking steps to try to fix this. In addition, I hope they fix the front gate which ANYONE can drive into not to mention it's usually broken. The pool area was unwatched for a while and all sorts of "fun" was going on there. The bottom line is..alot of people live in the community. Not everyone will be responsible, rent paying resident. It's just how it goes. However there are some very shady people walking around now and I hope they really can get a grip on it or we are leaving too.

I agree. Parking is a nightmare and they should have assigned parking. Also I see lots of thugs raoming around here and becuase of that do not feel safe. IT's a shame the apartments are nice inside but what's lurking outside stinks. We should not have to live with that element. I even fear going away becuase i'm afraid that while I'm away I'll be robbed. becuase of this element I'm leaving and it's a shame.

I don't know what is going on in teh office but the changes in staff are not good and no one seems to know what they are doing there anymore. i bet they wish they would have done things differently because us residents don't know what to think anymore.
