We're here going on three years now and have never had a problem, so I don't know what the others are talking about. There are always going to be bad apples no matter where you live - people who try to cause problems, try to trash a place, noisy, whatever. I found that whenever there was someone like that here, the office was very fast to respond (on their own!) and get rid of them. The grounds are just beautiful (we are on a lake) and the people in the office have always been warm, friendly, and helpful - no matter who has worked in there. I love the pool, gym, and tennis courts (we play twice weekly) and it's very close to all restaurants and shopping. We looked around for a long time, and the price and square footage couldn't be beat. Plus we loved getting a garage. For the first time in all my years of living in an apartment, we have trash pickup from our front door, yoga & water aerobic classes, and tennis instructions. I have recommended this place to others I work with and friends, and some have moved in and they feel the same way we do - love it here - one of the best places to live in Boynton.

They must be paying people to write nice things again or this is a staff member because if it was resident they would have not used "Anonymous"

yes, i agree with you - i highly doubt that this was a resident because i live here and it is a dump and the staff is completely unresponsive.

WOW.....so when did they switch to pick up from the door? It was always from the curb and the ducks would get into it? Also the staff sucks! The people suck and the ones who sign anonymous suck also because you you all hide behind each other. I finally moved out after my mold issue, have never been better, they just painted over the black mold in my place! FYI black mold from not in the walls in deadly! It could be a great place with the correct staff. Sure you will have bad apples every place, I have them in my new place, the FBI responded and they were deported after ASAP. From what I have been told it appears drugs have become a huge issue at the Gateway club. I just hope no one gets killed or hurt.

boynton beach is turning into a bad place to live. Lots of crime well above the national average and by looking out side lately I can see this is the case. lots of undesireables moving in here.

This is 100% written by the staff when they are posting pictures from a brochure. It is sad that they can not earn the right to have regular residents make these comments. Do you want to deal with people that are posting there own good reviews?

I cannot believe the responses to my post! I have never heard more negative, paranoid comments from adults (unless of course, it is kids posting here because it sounds like it)...I have never worked for the community and love posting positive things when I find them - in all walks of my life. Believe it or not, I even give thank you notes to people (doctor's offices, mailman, etc.). All I can say about all of the negativity is that you will be miserable no matter where you live - you will find negative/positive people everywhere and whatever you choose to focus on most is what will surround you - in spades! As for the pic, I copied it from Gateway's site and put it here...I wish all of you good luck and warm wishes no matter where you go...We're staying at Gateway - it's a great place for us, our friends, and family.
