The problem with a website like this is that one person can say things in disparagement toward the staff,property and even the residents without regard.

The fact is problems arise.
Another fact is there are solutions.

I personally know that Gateway Club management works to handle every situation in an expeditious,proper manner.

I also know first hand that the general feeling concerning the residents of Gateway Club is one of value.

Lets face it running any business is a constant strive for improvement and I believe the management of Gateway Club works hard for thier residents comfort and satisfaction wholeheartedly.

By the way, I've had mold issues, appliance issues and even neighbor issues in my own private home in the past.
It happens.
Only then I didn't have a caring staff to handle it for me.
