After reading some of these comments, I have to wonder about the nature and quality about some of the residents who left negative feedback. I, as a current resident, have never experienced the hardship or misfortune that some of them have described. As any community, there are positive and negative perceptions. Being said, I have a wonderful time here. The many residents that I have met over the past years have given me many memorable times and strong bonds. I have been through minimal management/maintenence changes, which has given me quick responses and prompt attention. The community is a great place to meet people from the clubhouse/pool area, or just taking a walk around the serene landscape. The community is clean ,safe and secure. Of the many years I have been here,yes I have seen some negative things. I also have prevented some negative moments. It is my community, and it is what I make of it. The current staff is strong, reliable, and friendly.
