I am fairly new to the Gateway Club, but felt compelled to take a few minutes to give credit where it is due!! The last complex I came from left me with a bit of a headache combined with the break up of a girlfriend, all of which made me a bit unpleasant occasionally! What I'm getting at, is that I only had a few encounters with the staff of Gateway and I was rude at times, and no matter how I acted, they took care of my problem immediately and with no questions asked. My roommate has dealt with the staff quite a bit more, and always has great things to say! I don't remember the young lady's name, nor does my roommate, as we have been very distracted lately, but she went above and beyond to make us happy, make us feel at home, and she always handled things with a genuine, personal touch! These first couple of months here have been very relaxing and refreshing! The landscaping looks great and everything stays well maintained... I have nothing bad to report, and most of the neighbors I've met, seem to feel the same way. I work in customer service, and wanted to thank everyone at the Gateway Club, as I know it's nice to hear, and they truly deserve the credit!!
