I've been leaving at the Gateway for almost 8 months already and just now I realized how many things I have for free. Last X-mas party was the best, great food, nice people around and the staff was wonderfull. I met a lot of great residents. Last week I just started my pilates classes and next week I will start my tennis classes. I would like to thanks the management.Wow! You guys are amazing!

it is so nauseating how the staff has no time to address our issues, both in the apartments and all over this falling apart property, but they have all the time in the world to write these ridiculous reviews about themselves. I was here for this years Christmas party and it was so terrible, that we left early. In previous years, there was a live band, great food and it was great to see so many of my neighbors there. This year the blonde girl must have been dj (and a poor one at that), the food was terrible and no one showed up. It was a prime example of how this community has taken such a turn for the worse, and why, after calling it my home for a number of years, I wouldn't renew if it was free. So keep on writing those rave reviews, Gateway Club! Because we don't buy it.

Well, I am a resident and i dont feel like that at all. The party was great and I actually was there, they had plenty of food and everyone was great. Jenny MC the party and made it fun. This was actually my first time going to one of the events at the club house due to the fact I work most of the time. I dont know about what they had 3 years ago, what i do know that the staff is great and any time I call for a maintenance issue it is taken care of quickly. And I have lived in Several Communities(upscale) in florida and they do a great job here at Gateway!!! Kudos to Jenny and her Team.

I agree with Jamesrod. The party was amazing (as are all their parties). So according to Anonymous, any POSITIVE statement can only be coming from the staff? That's ridiculous (and also a little paranoid). Every place you move to is going to have problem tenants. Hopefully, there are more of us positive/good people than the bad wherever we go. Overall, Gateway is amazing (we're here three years). I'm going to post a review on my own.
