The property manager really cares about the residents here, and she does her best to solve any problems that occur. As for the other reviews that I have read about the tenants here, I don't really agree. Hey, this is South Florida. I have lived here for 30 years, and I know that there are just going to be a mixture of good and bad people. Compared to other apartment complexes, this one rates pretty high. Hey, if you are going to live in an apartment complex, you must take the good and the bad. Over the 3 years that I have lived here, it has been 95% good. If you are going to bad mouth the community, buy a nice house and move into a nice neighborhood. Even still, you will find bad in the wealthiest neighborhoods, and I do know this for a fact. I only lived in one for 25 years until I graduated from college and moved out. Thank you Jenny, Barbara and everyone at the Gateway Club for making me, my husband, and little boy feel at home for the last 3 years!

I would get your child check out for mold related issues! Because almost all the partments have them! We had bad storms in 2005 and in 2006 that caused rain to come into most apartments within the walls!
