This is the worst place I have every lived in my life! I spent two years here! I was a school teacher and thought at first it was great! Well after six months after a company tried to buy us all out and go condo,and that deal went south! In came drugs, drinking, noise! People hating each other! ----- and ------- and much of the office staff SUCKS! Sorry but it is true! Parking was so bad I had to rent a garage just to get a space! Oh...and let me tell you about the MOLD ISSUES!!! I have never been so sick in my life as when I lived at the Gateway CLub! $30,000 and a huge move later I am still recovering from living with mold and breathing it in for two years! Anyone will children please please please check for mold and don't take the word of ----- or anyone else who works around this place! Mold can KILL you!!!!

Its seems that the only people they keep in that office are the ones that dont have a clue like -----..... She was the trailer park trash but lost her trailer due to foreclosure.boohoo Now she lives with the maintenance manager ----- ( Sucker) if she cant run her own life how can she run others.

LOL well stay away from building 23 second floor. The neighbor spits on packages when you have them left at your door. Such high class people live there. I lived there 1 year and it was hell.
