It?s the Getto

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
This place is like the getto. My car has been broken into 3 times. There?s always a swarm of low life people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Office managment changes as much as i change my underwear, and the never do anything to improve. When I moved in it was a nice family apartment duplex, now it?s dirty, and noisy. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.
