I currently live in Heron Pointe and let me say, the other reviews are accurate. If you are the type of person that spends 99% of your time in the apartment, you should be fine here. However, there is never any parking close to the buildings unless you don't have a normal 9-5 job. People are parking in handicapped spots, no parking zones and on sidewalks after notices have already been sent to all the residents that they will be towed. After speaking to management, they say that they are still enforcing it, but still it's not resolved. Not to mention, there are alway low-life, loud losers hanging out, yelling and blaring music at all hours of the day and night. Let's see, the laundry room is only open when the office is. So, if you work a normal job, like me, good luck being able to do your laundry during the week!!It'll have to wait till Saturday because now all of a sudden, the office is closed on Sundays. The workout room is a JOKE!! It's the size of a bathroom and is again, only open when the office is. It seems that rather than replacing things, they decide to just paint over them. The bathroom sink and tub have been PAINTED! How ridiculous! You can't clean it good cuz it's freaking paint! The only positive thing I could say about this place, is that it had the cheapest rent at the time I was looking. Next time I will not pick price of quality!!!!! Renter beware!!!!!!

I have lived there for 2 years with my two children, I??????ve never seen anything like this before; this place sucks. I had renewed my contract last year not because I liked it but I didn??????t have a choice. Even though they have a 2-day guaranteed work order, the service is ridiculous. For instance, to say the least, I moved in my second unit in May of last year and the door had no number; I put a service request for that, it took them exactly 10 months to comply. NO JOKE! The inside of the apartment is full of mildew and they say it??????s because I do not use my AC, which is not true because I always leave it on. My two kids have bumps all over their bodies, and for that matter every little one who spent time in my unit. One of my sister??????s daughter got hospitalized for 4 days because her legs got swollen real bad and she was told that it is because of a virus, and her order one has bumps as well. I alerted the staff, no actions were taken to investigate that matter. Because of lack of evidence, I have no other option but to let it go. Thanks God I??????m moving out soon! And I will keep the next tenant in my prayers, and hope they do not have any children.
