I just recently moved OUT of Heron Pointe and would never go back. At the time I was looking, this complex seemed to inexpensive. However, there is a reason for that! It's a dump! There is never any parking close to the building that I lived in, the scum bags that lived there let the kids run amuck and litter all over the place. I'm surprised that I didn't witness any children getting hit by cars!!! The apartments are small and dark due to lack of windows. The workout facilities (if you could call it that) have limited hours and is quite small. The pool was clean for the most part, but by the end of my lease was disgusting! And I've found public laundry rooms to be cleaner than this one (and open longer hours!). Overall, if you are low-budget and don't mind living in the ghetto, this is the place for you. I truly hope that the management of Heron Pointe reads these reviews and takes them seriously!!!
