The place looks good on the outside but that is where it ends. The staff at the clubhouse has a combined mentality of a 2nd grader and they are as useful as breasts on a bull. Much drug activity and they do not properly screen the tenants before they move in. They have a Palm Beach County Sheriff who lives on the property and walks around like he thinks he is something special but at the first sign of drug activity or drunken obnoxious tenants, he runs the other way....worse than officer dibble. Save your money and look elsewhere, you will be glad you did.
