was a good place

It was a great place when we first moved, the Florida club days (2004-2005) pre condo conversion nightmare. The staff was great and having hurricain shutters during the mad storm season of 2004-2005 was a big bonus. Then they tried to go condo. Maintence stopped and all the good staff was replaced. Our electric bill skyrocketed to over $400/month for a 3/2 unit all due to the air conditioner the last year of our lease. I went so far as to have FPL come out and do an energy survey to try to get the office to either replace it or at least have an ac company fix it because maintence wasn't up to the job when they did show up. FPL gave me a statement suggesting that the unit be replaced. Good luck they were trying to sell those units for $175,000 at least that was what they had offered us. I laughed in the guys face. The condo staff were the biggest bunch of incompitent and rude people I think I have ever seen gathered in one place.
