FINALLY moving

At least 10 service calls to repair the AC. Poor insulation, a higher electric bill than a 4 bedroom house. The "workout rooms" smell like mildew and sweat, and are only open until 5pm. Weights can only be used with a gadget that you pay $50 for. If you want to use the facilities after 5, you have to have paid the $50 as well. You pay for your own water - a flat rate that was determined for you by Indian Hills. You get to pay redecorating fee - even though your apartment is not redecorated.
Pools have broken chaise lounges. Dumpster has been overflowing with garbage for days at a time. You may get a good deal though - there are several vacancies, and the office workers make no attempt to keep the apartments rented.
Repeated ant and bug problem. After spraying, the bugs seems to increase. Office workers are not helpful or empathetic at all. Maintence workers do jobs ranging from picking up trash to "repairing" AC. I stumble over branches to get to my car.
