They need help...

I lived in Indian Hills for 7 months and couldn't wait to get out. Someone supposedly burglarized the fitness room (which was pretty nice) and they closed it down indefinitely for over 4 months now with no timeframe of reopening and shady answers when asked about it. Also, kids were always running around the parking lots at all hours of the nights, also kids smoking in the pools. The gates were always open. We got termites in the spring but they eventually called the Orkin Man. The staff at the front is for the most part ok, but there are 2 women who are very unprofessional and just straight rude. They also tried to charge us to pay for a carpet to be fully replaced over a prorated period and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it except in one area in the living room. That's $300 bucks. Couldn't wait to move to a classy complex. Yikes. Don't move here.
