We moved to Indian Hills in late 1999. At first it seemed like a nice neighborhood, the landscaping was very nice, and it had a good atmosphere, but that began to change.

The maintenance workers are thieves, we had our apartment broken into with no sign of forced entry (the office is the the with a key), dvds, games, a playstation2 game system, and other electronics were stolen. You have to call them multiple times before anything gets fixed, we had them come to fix a leak in our sink, which still isn't fixed. The air conditioner has broken 3 times so far this year, and still doesn't work correctly.
The garbage is piled up out to the road (i have photographs of multiple instances).
The kids and teenagers are loud and obnoxious. This "gated community" isn't really gated at all considering the gates are always open. About 2 months ago, we were woken up at 3am to the bomb squad and swat team outside our apartment. Bugs and roaches are another serious problem.. The list goes on and on..

Overall we would not recommend Indian Hills to anyone, while it's visual appeal doe's not compensate for its problems.

I lived in Indian Hills with my husband from 1999-2001. We left the place pretty clean but were sued for $800 to replace the carpet and clean the place with a maid. We went to court and mediated, only paying $150. Four years later, Olen Residential is harrassing us again saying they "can't find out paperwork" that was already resolved and if we don't give it to them within five days they'll sue us again in West Palm Beach when we live in Miami. These people are disgusting. We also had many items "go missing" in the course of our time there. And Kimberly and Rene did nothing about it. They would actually get annoyed at us calling.
