Evictions all the time..say NO!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
Mgt has hand-selected a buch of families for eviction. The families all have children who "have been seen" either loitering or skating or "unsupervised".
They kicked out 14 families in 2 days!
When one single Mom complained, they kicked her out on a 24-hour NOTICE instead of 30-days, OR lease Expiration...
Watch Out and STEER CLEAR of this place until they get new Mgt....if you see a heavy white manager, turn around and get away.
