They want to give prospective residents of corporate professionalism/service by having staff at the leasing Office who look "presentable" and savvy and yet, few minutes of talking with them, especially if you are a minority, will reveal that they have condescending attitude towards you and they are just interested with your money. With the exception of a certain Bobbi, everybody is far from being approachable. When I was still there, I lived on the 2nd floor and I had discovered that in the attic, walls were cut enough for an adult to go through, and these cuts in the walls will enable you to go from unit to unit without the knowledge of the occupants. What if you have peeping toms, murderers, perverts, thief as a neighbor' Would you feel safe' Of course not! I reported this to the office and they just ignored it. I left. And I suggest that if you want to rent a 2nd floor unit, ask if the walls had been fixed.
