We have been living here almost a year, we have a gorgeous nice sized one bedroom with a roman tub and a beautiful view of the golf course and lake.
We've never had any problems with maintenance or the management, anytime we've had a problem it was resolved quickly. Once the washing machine needed to be fixed and once the water heater was dripping and both times the problem was fixed promptly.
The pool is beautiful, sometimes a little cold, but even then still swimable. Some times we have to park a building or two away, but it's never more than a few feet more to walk.
It's peaceful and quiet, the kids in the neighborhood are nice kids and are quiet. Our only real interaction with them is going back and forth to the basketball court or pool. The only thing we ever hear of our neighbors is if we are both out on the patio which is rare that we are both outside, or sometimes we hear the dryer nextdoor running, but even then it's very muffled.
Overall it's a very nice place to live, We may move because i start graduate school in Ft. Lauderdale and My S/O works in Boca, but the more we look at other places, the more we really like it here.
