I have been living here for 3 months now and was a little skeptical moving in after seeing the comments on this site, but I have had no problems at all here. I had a couple of minor mechanical problems when I first moved in that were resolved the same day that I reported them. Everyone has been nice in the offices for the limited contact I have had with them. The apartment is very nice, parking is just fine and landscaping is nice as well. The only noise complaint I have is with the fire trucks across the street, but that can't be blamed on the management company.
